This is a Speaking Assignment, including a rubric, that ties in with the reading in World English 2 Unit 5’s reading about challenges. The students had a week to prepare their presentations. Even though the students only speak for one minute, it does take some time for the students to come to the front and do their presentation, so plan on about 3-5 minutes for each student presentation.
