This is the writing assignment I used with World English 2 Unit 5. It took most students about 45 minutes to complete in class, including planning. There is a section to order supporting sentences to make a paragraph first, and then students write their own paragraphs using the simple past to tell a narrative about a personal experience that was “interesting, funny, unusual, surprising, or unlucky”.
