Registering Screen Shots
- On the bottom right side of the page, you will see a Meta category. Click on Register.
2. Complete the fields with a username and your email address. Then click register.
3. You will see a message that says “Registration Complete. Please check your email.” Check your email and look for a message from WordPress. Some people have not received this email. Check your junk mail. If you don’t get an email, click here to see what to do.
4. The email will look like this.
5. Open the email and click on the password reset link.
6. You will be taken to another page where you can type a password. It will automatically have a password generated, but you can change it to something less complicated if you want. Once you type your new password, click the Reset Password button.
7. You should see the message below. Click Log in.
8. You will be taken to the login page. Enter your username and password and click log in.
9. You will be taken to your profile. Please type your name if you would like it to appear on the resources you add, so people know who to thank. You can complete more about your profile if you want. Scroll to the bottom and save changes.
10. At this point, you are registered as a subscriber. You will need to email me and ask to be upgraded as an author.
To do this:
- Send me an email at (jjohnsto@yccd.edu) asking for editor access. Tell me your name and username. If I don’t know you, please explain who you are and what school you’re associated with.
- Once I change your access to author, you can add resources. Please carefully read the section about adding resources on the previous page. Click here
